15" (38 cm.) Bisque socket head, blue glass paperweight eyes, long painted lashes, widely-arched brushstroked brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with very full lips, brunette mohair wig with side-coiled braids over original Steiner pate, French composition fully-jointed body, nicely costumed in antique cotton dress. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: A 7 Paris (head) Bebe Le Parisien (body). Comments: Jules Steiner successors, circa 1890. Value Points: the doll has original label of the Parisian luxury toy shop of Au Paradis des Enfants.
