8" (20 cm.) l. trunk. The small wooden domed trunk with canvas cover and wooden slats is filled with an assortment of accessories for small French dolls: an 8" long hoop skirt, pair of red kidskin gloves, embossed leather album filled with tiny oval tintypes, corset with red accents, white kidskin gloves, red perfume bottle with enamel beading, red leather poupee purse, cranberry glass drop earrings in fitted leather case, red leather case with watch and chain, larger purse of purple and red velvet on silverplate frame, and a box labeled "Dolly's Notes" with stationery. Generally excellent. Late 1800s.
