Description
5" (13 cm.) Of brown leather with tooled design on the soft sides and decorated with bands and medallions of brass-framed black stones on all four sides,the valise opens at the top to reveal the green silk faille lined interior,and at the base is a separately-opening compartment with similar lining and fitted for various toiletries (some included). A brass chain-link handle is attached to the brass frame. Excellent condition. Superb workmanship and perfectly scaled for display with lady dolls. French,circa 1875.
