10"l. A brightly lithographed tin racing car "13" with vibrant red, blue, green and yellow fantastical design features two seats, ruble seat cover, yellow fenders and running board, roll-bars, white wheels with solid centers having colorful clown faces, and a very intent clown driver. When wound, the car propels erratically forward, nearly tipping, then sideways, then repeats. Excellent condition, functions, beautiful lithography. Marked with symbol of clown supporting the letters Ri, C and N, and Made in Germany DRGM. Circa 1925.
