Description
16" (41 cm.) Each is all celluloid with socket head, blue glass sleep eyes, mohair lashes, closed mouth, jointing at shoulders and hips, including girl with brunette braids and red dress country costume, boy with blonde hair wearing Tyrolean costume; and girl with blonde braids and green apron, each girl with coronet of flowers. Condition: near mint, unplayed with. Marks: T 40 (and emblem of turtle) Model Kathe Kruse. Comments: produced by Schildkrot of Germany for Kathe Kruse, between 1955 and 1961. Value Points: wonderful original condition of the trio, including vibrant costumes, and each with original wrist label.
