17" (43 cm.) Felt socket head with very plump cheeks, pressed and painted facial features, squinting brown side-glancing eyes, curly upper lashes, grey eye shadow, curvy brows, rounded nose, closed mouth with accent dots on bottom lip, brunette mohair wig with braided topknot, jointing at shoulders and hips. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Lenci, from the firm's 1500 series, circa 1930. Value Points: wonderful expression on the rare model, wearing original organdy dress with felt appliques, undergarments, green felt shoes, and carrying wooden bucket with hand-painted Noah's Ark designs, wooden spoon.
