Description
8" (20 cm.) One-piece bisque head and torso, blue glass inset eyes, lushly painted lashes, brush-stroked and feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with accent line between the lips, auburn mohair wig, loop-jointed bisque arms and legs, painted yellow knee-high socks with woven design, black two-strap heeled shoes. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 301/0 11 (head and inside limbs). Comments: attributed to Kestner, circa 1910. Value Points: beautiful bisque and painting on the large all-bisque, yellow socks, wonderful antique costume.
