Bisque socket head, brown glass sleep eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, brush-stroked and feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, open mouth with outlined lips, four porcelain teeth, pierced ears, brunette human hair, Sonneberg composition and wooden fully jointed body with straight wrists, pretty antique costume. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: SH 16 949. Comments: Simon and Halbig, circa 1890. Value Points: sought-after model with especially fine quality of bisque and painting, original body and body finish.
