Description
5.5" (14 cm.) A pressed tin fly with painted finish and well-detail body features has hidden wheels that propel the fly along as well as causing the six legs to appear as vigorously crawling along, and the wings to flap up and down as though flying. Excellent condition except paint worn off on upper flapping wings, functions well. Comments: attributed to Richard and Carl Adam of Prussia, the fly is preserved in its original labeled box, circa 1895.
