10". Tin lithographed four-man racing scull with lithographed design and four spoked green wheels contains four oarsmen, each with tin cap and uniform, and each holding one oar. When wound, the canoe propels rapidly forward and the oarsmen row in alternate synchronized motions. Marked Gely (under arch logo) 97. George Levy. Germany, circa 1920. Excellent condition of lithography except one man's face, mechanism intact and functioning although spotty.
