Description
9" (23 cm.) Each has solid domed bisque socket head, tiny glass sleep eyes, painted features, open mouth, two porcelain upper teeth, pierced ears, composition toddler body with jointing at shoulders and hips. Condition: 452 model is excellent, 459 model has very faint hairline on forehead into hair. Marks: Heubach Koppelsdorf Germany (one marked 452 14/0, the other marked 459 15/0). Comments: Heubach Koppelsdorf, circa 1920, from their exotic doll series. Value Points: fine unplayed with condition, with beautiful complexions and original body finish on each, the 459 model has very rare extended lip plate of the African Mursi tribe.
