14" (36 cm.) Bisque socket head, light brown ("cafe-au-lait") complexion, dark brown sleep eyes, painted black lashes and brows with feathered details, accented nostrils, open mouth, four porcelain teeth, pierced ears, black mohair wig, brown composition and wooden ball-jointed body, nice antique costume. Condition: generally excellent, little flakes at pierced ear holes. Marks: 1368 Germany Simon & Halbig S&H 4. Comments: Simon and Halbig, circa 1890. Value Points: deeply modeled features enhance the characterization especially around eye corners, nose and lip corners.
