10" (25 cm.) Solid domed bisque socket head, brown glass eyes, closed mouth, painted facial features, composition fully-jointed early Sonneberg body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 2. Comments: Germany, circa 1885, the little boy wears his original sailor costume including shoes signed "Paris 2", cap labeled "Le Richelieu" and holds little hide-covered toy horse.
