Description
5" (13 cm.) Each is of brightly colored lithographed designs, (each different) with well-defined fantastical features. When coil-spring wound, the beetles move quickly along, forward and up and down, moving legs in realistic manner and with flapping wings. Excellent condition. Marked Lehman except one having the earlier Adam mark (acquired by Lehmann in 1898.) Comments: Lehnmann EPL model 451, circa 1900, the charming trio of nature toys are a felicitous combination of fantasy and realism.
