5" (13 cm.) Arranged upon a tin platform is an embossed dimensional figure of man with sledge hammer standing before a large barrel on a revolving base. When activated the base revolves and the man hammers the iron bands on the barrel. Marked DC (intertwined). Paint wear, functions. Circa 1930.
