14" (38 cm.) Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulderplate, blue glass paperweight inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes and brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with center accent line, pierced ears, padded stockinette body over metal armature allowing articulation, bisque hands and bisque lower legs, bare feet. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 2. Comments: Gaultier, with deposed Gesland body, circa 1875. Value Points: rare body with perfect bisque legs and beautifully-sculpted hands.
