Description
17" (43 cm.) Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulderplate, blue glass inset eyes with darker blue outer rims, painted lashes, feathered brows, closed mouth, accented lips, pierced ears, kid poupee body with gusset-jointing at hips and knees, bisque arms to above the elbows, bisque hands with separately sculpted curled fingers, nicely costumed. Condition: bisque head, shoulderplate and arms are excellent, kid body is worn. Comments: French, circa 1870. Value Points: fine quality of bisque, beautiful bisque arms and hands.
