13" (33 cm.) All composition with socket head, sleep eyes, mohair lashes, one-stroke brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth, blonde human hair in original coiffure, jointing at shoulders and hips. Condition: generally excellent, one small spot on front of skirt. Marks: Alexander. Comments: Alexander, circa 1935. The doll portrays the young Princess Elizabeth. Value Points: nearly pristine condition of the dimpled cheek doll, beautiful complexion, wearing original crisp blue taffeta gown and matching reticule, undergarments, socks, and silver shoes, with original metallic crown, paper wrist tag and labeled box.
