Description
15" (38 cm.) Tosca hair with bangs, coiled braid at the crown, and hair waved from sides of face and captured into a black snood at her nape. Wearing pastel cotton striped gown with attached white pique pinafore with cutwork ruffled edging and pink rick-rack, pink satin sash and bows at neck and cuffs, attached petticoat, pantalets with pink bows, socks, black side-snap shoes with bows. The costume is tagged "Louisa M. Alcott's Little Women Meg Madame Alexander NY USA All Rights Reserved". Excellent condition. Alexander, beautiful and rare coiffure with snood, 1951.
