Description
Lithographed tin woman, in black checkered dress with yellow apron, pushing a green cart with a child, in yellow dress with red bonnet, seated in it. The feet of the woman pushing the cart is actually a third wheel in the shape of five feet allowing for a "walking" appearance when the toy is pushed. The toy possesses two distinctive Meier markings, an "M" on the back of the child's chair and an embossed "horse and cart" insignia on the child's foot rest. The woman is signed "Ges Gesch" on her dress. Excellent condition. 3 1/2".
