9" (23 cm.) Tosca wig with curls and bangs, straight leg non-walker body. Wearing red-flowered green gown with black trim, black short-waisted Godey-style velvet jacket that is tied at the waist, black velvet bonnet with green feathers, red flowers and woven brim, petticoat, pantalets edged with lace, socks, black side-snap shoes. The costume is tagged. Alexander, the doll was marketed as "Agatha" in the 1953 catalog, bright rosy cheeks, vibrant costume.
