Bisque socket head with plump cheeks, blue glass paperweight inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes with dot highlights, rose-blushed eye shadow, brushstroked brows with fringed detail, accented eye corners, shaded nostrils, open mouth, outlined lips, two rows of tiny teeth, dimpled philtrum and chin, pierced ears, auburn mohair wig over Steiner pate, French composition fully-jointed body, antique costume. Condition: generally excellent, original body finish excepting repaint on hands. Marks: Figure B J. Steiner Bte SGDG Paris (head) Le Petit Parisien Bebe Steiner (body). Comments: Jules Steiner, circa 1885. Value Points: rare model with beautiful complexion, dainty teeth.
