Description
Lithographed tin boy wearing blue and white striped sailor suit is seated in a yellow cart with red spoked wheels. Mechanism causes the boy to rock back and forth, and rear wheels rotate. Stamped into the base is the Meier "horse and cart" insignia. Excellent condition. 3 1/2".
