11" (28 cm.) All composition with socket head, five-piece body, sleep tin eyes, mohair lashes, blonde mohair wig in ringlet curls. Marks: Shirley Temple 11 (head) Shirley Temple 11 (torso). Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Ideal, circa 1936, wearing commemorative costume of the 1936 Texas Centennial, including red plaid shirt, red satin bandanna, cotton shorts, suede chaps and vest, holster with pistol, cowboy hat labeled "Ride 晶_櫨舂 cowboy", and oil cloth boots. Value Points: outstanding state of preservation of the rare small size Shirley with rare original costume.
