Description
Lithographed tin dancing clown with guitar is posed on a red embossed base with a poodle in red ballet tutu. When lever in base is pushed, they dance back and forth, and in circles, respectively. Base is stamped with Meier distinctive "horse and cart" insignia. 3 1/2".
