Description
Lithographed and embossed tin monkey costumed as a soldier is seated atop a large dog with rocking base. Three Meier markings can be found: saddle blanket possesses the stenciled trademark "J M" insignia; the dog base is stenciled "Ges Gesch" on both sides; and the green wheeled base has embossed "horse and cart" insignia. Excellent condition. 2 1/2".
