Lithographed tin polar bear posed upon a green
embossed red-wheeled platform. The bear is
constructed with specially balanced head on a
hook in an open socket allowing for a nodding
mechanism. The platform has the distinctive
Meier "dog and cart" insignia. Excellent
condition. 3 3/4".
