Thick paste porcelain shoulder head with slightly pink-tinted complexion,the head tilted upward enhancing the strong elongated throat,oval face with plump cheeks,black sculpted hair with center part,arranged with uniform finger curls around the back of her head,heavily-lidded blue upper glancing eyes,red and black upper eyeliner,single stroke brows,closed mouth with center accent line,muslin stitch-jointed body,porcelain hands. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany,circa 1855. Value Points: rare model with very expressive face,deeply-sculpted curls,wearing fine antique undergarments and gown with hidden pocket.
