Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulderplate, oval face and strong throat, blue glass spiral threaded inset eyes with darker outer irises, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, rose blushed eye shadow, arched feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with enigmatic smile, accented lips, pierced ears, brunette mohair wig over cork pate, French kid gusset-jointed body with square-cut collarette, lovely antique summer gown of dainty dimity, undergarments. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: J (head and shoulderplate). Comments: Leon Casimir Bru, his deposed model of 1872 with distinctive smile. Value Points: finest quality of bisque, complexion and painting, very sturdy original Bru body.
