21" (53 cm.) Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulder head, blue glass spiral-threaded inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted curly lashes, arched feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with accented lips, pierced ears, brunette mohair wig over cork pate, French kid poupee body with gusset-jointing at hips and knees, wearing lovely silk brocade wedding gown with wax orange blossom accents, veil, coronet, undergarments, stockings, shoes. Condition: bisque excellent, body worn and patched. Marks: 6 (head) 6 F.G. (shoulders). Comments: Gaultier, circa 1875. Value Points: lovely quality of bisque with fine lustrous patina.
