The thick-walled wooden kitchen has wood-grained painted exterior with red trim,blue painted interior walls,stained glass window in the centre-back with simulated leading,and rare checkered floor in shades of blue,aqua and cream. There is a fine early tinplate stove with brass-lidded original pots,built-in wooden shelving with red painted edging,that matches the scrubbing table,rare painted tin cupboard and matching table,wooden chairs,and rare accessories including pewter plates and mugs,tin kitchenware utensils,petroleum can,oil lamp,bread cutter,coffee grinder and other kitchenware,along with a bisque doll with original folklore costume,and two chickens.
