7" (18 cm.) The elegant vitrine has three-sided front with beveled glass windows,fancy crest,raised design on narrow frames,and cabriole-shaped legs. The door hinges open to reveal the interior back wall that is covered with padded silk having a delicate and well-detailed painted scene of a six elegantly-dressed people in the XVIII-century court style,posed at a court gathering. Excellent condition albeit one small glass crack at bottom of back right window. French,circa 1875.
