Designed to frame the face, the black velvet bonnet has graduated size brim very wide at the top and edged with delicate feathers. The bonnet back is banded with black velvet ribbons and trimmed with fabric flowers and leaves. With black muslin lining, Philadelphia milliner's label, and black velvet ribbons. Inside head circumference 4".
