was issued by Maerklin in 1935 on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the earliest
German train. The Adler Train is considered a formidable prize for train collectors, although its
Biedermeier flavor also deems it of superb related interest to collectors of early-19th century
objects. What is most remarkable about this rare toy is its impeccable condition, with flawless
original painted finish, and having extensive and complete set of passengers.
