6" (15 cm.) Bisque swivel head with very chubby face,on plump bisque torso,brown glass sleep and side-glancing googly eyes,painted lashes,short feathered brows,button-shaped nose,closed mouth with watermelon-slice smile,loop-jointed bisque arms and legs,painted blue socks and black one-strap shoes,knit costume. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 189 3/0 (head) 3/0 (arms). Comments: Hertel and Schwab,circa 1915. Value Points: wonderful impish expression,choice bisque,on the rare glass-eyed version of the 189 model.
