A carved wooden figure of an aristocratic gentleman has a detachable carved bone head with defined 18th century-style hair,and carved bone ruffled jabot,cuff,hand,and stockings; the costume is defined with shaded paint colors of brown and black with gilt edging and faux- ruby stones. His right hand and cuff are missing. Mid-19th century.
