One-piece bisque head and torso of chubby toddler,sculpted short bobbed hair in glazed reddish-brown color,painted facial features,blue side-glancing painted googly eyes,black upper eyeliner,single stroke brows,button-shaped nose,tiny closed mouth,loop-jointed bisque arms and legs,blue painted socks,black one-strap shoes,with white cotton chef's costume. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 179 4/0 (inside legs). Comments: Germany,circa 1915,the googly was inspired by the Grace Drayton designs of Campbell Kids. Value Points: fine quality production features such as glazed hair enhance the captivating expression.
