12" (30 cm.) l. Terra cotta donkey with shaded grey painted finish, muscular legs, sculpted mane and ears, open mouth, tail, painted brown eyes, with original saddle blanket, ropes and bags of supplies. Excellent condition. Neapolitan, mid-1700s, attributed to the workshops of the Vassallo Brothers, outstanding detail of sculpting and accessories.
