Description
12" (30 cm.) Each has wax head with slender face posed realistically (each different) with painted
features,padded armature body,painted shoes,arranged on velvet-covered bases (one,unsigned
on wooden base). Condition: fair/good,some dustiness,fabric wear. Marks: Lafitte-Desirat
(signed on two velvet bases). Comments: Medames Lafitte-Desirat,circa 1915,the lady in black
has original label "Au Bois",and the lady in grey is "En Promenade" according to her label. Value
Points: wonderful documents of early 20th century French fashion.
