Description
30" (76 cm.) Bisque shoulder head of plump-faced child, blonde sculpted hair with waved curls over the forehead and short tousled curls overall, painted blue eyes with dark blue rims, black and red upper eyeliner, feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with center accent line, muslin stitch-jointed body, bisque lower arms. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 1028 # 12. Comments: Alt, Beck and Gottschalk, circa 1885. Value points: lovely bisque with enhancing glaze on hair, rare larger size.
