Description
Of fine burgundy wool, the two-piece gown features dart-shaped jacket having burgundy silk pleated front with hidden hook-and-eye closure at center front, dart-shaped back, lace-edging at collar and cuffs, burgundy silk edging at bottom edge of jacket. The skirt features a flat-front of burgundy silk overlaid by diagonally wrapped wool overskirt with three full-length pleats, and a woolen underskirt with wool pleats edging the hemline, and very full overskirt captured by center stitched tucks. There is a narrow pleated net ruffle at the neckline and cuffs. Along with straw with silk ribbon and organza trim. To fit doll about 21". 5" shoulder width. 9" waist.
