Bisque socket head, small brown glass sleep eyes, painted curly lashes, short feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, open mouth, outlined lips, two porcelain upper teeth, brunette mohair wig over plaster pate, composition bent limb baby body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: K made in Germany 14 247 JDK 14. Comments: Kestner, circa 1915, the model known as "Baby Jean". Value Points: most endearing sweet expression enhanced by lovely bisque, rosy cheeks, original wig, pate, body, body finish, gorgeous antique baby gown and bonnet.
