Bisque socket head, amber brown glass paperweight inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, rose blushed eye shadow, brushstroked brows with feathered detailing, accented nostrils, closed mouth with outlined lips, heart-shaped upper lip, pierced ears, blonde mohair wig over cork pate, French composition and wooden fully-jointed body with straight wrists. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Bru Jne 6. Comments: Maison Bru, circa 1888. Value Points: an especially pretty sweet-faced bebe with finest bisque, complexion and painting, original body and body finish, antique costume including lace-trimmed dress, undergarments, aqua kidskin shoes, and lace and silk ribbon trimmed fitted bonnet.
