Pale bisque shoulder head with rounded plump face,wide almond-shaped cobalt blue glass eyes,thick dark eyeliner,painted lashes,arched feathered brows,accented nostrils,closed mouth with outlined lips,impressed philtrum,unpierced ears,blonde mohair wig over cork pate,French kid poupee body with shapely torso,gusset-jointing at elbows,hips and knees,stitched and separated fingers and toes. Condition: generally excellent,Comments: attributed to Blampoix,Paris,circa 1855. Value Points: rare early poupee with exquisite gentle expression enhanced by delicate pale bisque and dramatized by rich cobalt glass eyes,with splendid antique silk gown with blue silk fringe trim,undergarments,leather shoes.
