9" (23 cm.) Felt swivel head with pressed and painted facial features,large "O" shaped brown side-glancing eyes,blue eye shadow,"O" shaped mouth,brunette mohair wig,muslin body,felt arms. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Lenci (original paper label lettered/117). Comments: Lenci,circa 1935. Value Points: the little boy wears original black wool felt uniform withsilver buttons,red and blue felt streamers,leather shoes,wooden sword,and black bi-corn hat with elaborate feathered trim.
