15" (38 cm.) Bisque socket head on kid-edged bisque shoulderplate, blue glass inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with center accent line, pierced ears, blonde mohair wig over cork pate, twill-over-wooden body, bisque lower arms, dowel-jointing at shoulders, elbows, hips and knees. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Simon and Halbig, circa 1880. Value Points: the rarely-found exquisite lady with brilliant cobalt blue eyes that complement her delicate complexion, rare body is especially well-preserved, very fine antique white pique costume.
