14" (36 cm.) Solid domed bisque socket head with pink tinted bisque, blonde sculpted hair in short boyish fashion, painted facial features, intaglio dark blue eyes, incised eyeliner, feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with pouty expression, composition and wooden ball-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 7803 Heubach (sunburst) Germany. Comments: Gebruder Heubach, circa 1912. Value Points: appealing character with excellent bisque and painting, original body finish, great antique costume.
