The two-room wooden dollhouse has lattice-like trim on the exterior,two triple-paned windows at the back wall with original carved valances,original wall and floor papers,and an opening door between the rooms that is covered with lithographed paper to simulate paneling. The house is furnished with a "Christmas Morning" theme with 18 pieces of maple wood furniture by Schneegass & Sohn including rarities such as sewing table with accessories,upright piano,wall clock,drop-front desk and armoire filled with folded linens. There is also a ceramic parlor stove,six-arm ormolu chandelier,hanging gas lamp,six framed prints,birdcage,various pewter and glass serving dishes,Christmas tree with ornaments,and a generous bevy of holiday decorations and gifts including rare wooden revolving candle,rocking horses,little dolls and boxes,metal framed floor abacus,and six dolls including bearded man,and little boy with party hat and soldier costume.
