5" (13 cm.) boy. Each is all-bisque with loosely-attached head in so-called "nodder" fashion,the boy with painted side-glancing eyes,sculpted brown hair and sculpted sailor costume; and the googly-eyed dog with downcast expression,little tongue tip and original paper flower in mouth. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Germany (dog). Comments: Germany,circa 1920. Value Points: rare and delightful pair.
