The firm-covered booklet with gilt lettering "1895 Amsterdam Costumes Anciens Executes Par Les Grands Couturiers de Paris" contains printed photographs of a series of historical costumes on dolls presented at an 1895 exhibition in Amsterdam by the most famous couturiers in Paris. The dolls shown in the photographs are each portrait Jumeau ladies, and each photograph is identified according to fashion design house that created the costume and the historical era that was captured in the costume style. These photographs are shown on the following five pages. (Spine and binding are broken on book.) 1895.
